I know this because I have helped hundreds of leaders and their teams to build the everyday work-lifeof their dreams.

My name is Susanne Odgaard, and I have personally changed my own work-life to a level that before was only in my dreams.

Throughout the last five years I have helped thousands of people transform their work-life too.

I have helped transforming hundreds of teams and their leaders through the creation of a work culture of high performance, ease, fun and fulfilment.

These are fundamental work-life changes, and they are much easier to do than you think. 

I have put all learnings, the key methods and cases into the book, the SMR-Method, to give you a sense of how to get started on your own journey both personally and in your team.

My journey started with a team of 65 people, their senior leader and team leaders. The senior leader just came back from a period of stress, and wanted to change the work culture so that she and her team would never experience this.

I had the idea that it is possible to create a better organisational culture by changing the everyday choices and techniques of each team player.

Rebuilding the work-life from the bottom up.

Creating short-term wins with a long term effect.

One experiment at a time.

Starting changing the work lifes of the individual team player.

I realized that I was on to something when our first result from the data monitor came back, showing tremendous results on the level of performance, innovation power and reduced stress-level.

So I started teaching the methodology to other teams who want to have a positive change in work-life.

However, I noticed that the ones that ended up transforming the work-lives of the entire team were the ones who embraced exploring and experimenting. These were the ones who were willing to test the unknown, and try out something new.

But the ones (very few I must say) that did not experience a change, where the ones who felt that their work-life was good enough already, and did not have the desire to change anything.

This is why I have decided to write The SMR MethodTM to basically guarantee you that if you as a leader are willing to explore new ways of working, then I can help you transform you and your teams’ work-life creating an everyday high performing work-life of ease, fun and fulfillment in just a few month.
