Trading Conditions: Terms of Sale and Distribution

Welcome to our website. These Trading Conditions set out the essential details for purchasing our products available both physical products, training camps, memberships and digital download. Drawing inspiration from the clear, detailed, and transparent approach of FUTUREWORKS CPH, we have structured these terms so that you always know what to expect when you shop with us.
1. Product Overview
1.1. Available Products
- Physical Books, Training Camps, Email Challenges, Digital Downloads and Newsletters.
1.2. Pricing and Currency
- All prices are listed in DDK and include any applicable taxes.
- Additional fees—such as shipping for physical copies—will be itemized at checkout.
2. Order Placement
We are open 24/7, so you can always shop with us. However, it may occasionally happen that we close the online store for maintenance. You may only make purchases when the store is open and available.
You select the items you wish to purchase and place them in your “Shopping Cart.” You may adjust the contents of the shopping cart at any time up until the point of purchase (“Complete Purchase”), and you can continuously review the contents as well as the total price of the items.
When you complete an order, you will automatically receive a receipt acknowledging your order. Your order will only be confirmed once we have all the items in stock. We will send you an order confirmation once your books are available in our inventory. Please note that the order receipt is not a legally binding order confirmation but merely an electronic acknowledgment of the receipt of your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to items being out of stock, typographical errors, technical problems, delivery failures, or similar circumstances. Once we have procured the items, you will receive a formal order confirmation containing details about your order as well as information regarding your right of return, cancellation rights, and the right to make a complaint. We will, of course, only charge your payment method when your order is dispatched.
3. Payment Methods, Terms & Cost Transparency
3.1. With Card
We support the following payment methods: Dankort, VISA/Dankort, and VISA. When you pay by card we will only deduct the amount from your account once your items are dispatched from us. There is no payment fee.
3.2. Payment Terms
For card payments with VISA a reservation will appear on the amount at the time of payment. In cases of cancellation or partial charge, the amount will remain reserved for 30 days after the conclusion of the agreement. For further details, please refer to your agreement with your card issuer.
All costs are clearly displayed before order confirmation to ensure full transparency.
4. Delivery and Execution
4.1. Physical Book Delivery
- Dispatch & Shipping: Your physical book will be shipped via our designated shipping partner. A tracking number will be provided once the order is dispatched.
- Delivery Terms: Delivery timelines and shipping costs are confirmed at the time of purchase. Risk and title are transferred upon final delivery.
4.2. Digital Download Execution
- Immediate Access: Upon successful payment and confirmation, you will receive a secure, time-limited download link to access your digital content.
- Technical Support: Should you experience any issues while accessing or downloading the digital content, our customer support team is available to assist you.
4.3. Training Camps
- Signup: Upon successful payment and confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the training sessions.
- Execution: When you register, you agree to being voluntarily participating in the training. You agree that all actions on site, both indoors and outdoors, is at your own risk.
4.4. Email Products
- Access: Upon successful payment and confirmation, you will receive a confirmation email with details about the email product.
- Execution: Based on the details of your email products you will receive them accordingly. You are responsible of white labelling the emails coming from FUTUREWORKS so they do not end up in your spam filter.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
5.1. Physical Book Returns & Refunds
- Return Policy: Returns for physical books are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping fees may apply.
- Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and verified.
5.2. Digital Download Refunds
- Digital Content Sales: Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted, except in cases of a proven technical issue preventing access.
5.3. Training Camps
- Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellation of a Training Camp are accepted up till 30 days prior to the camp comes with a 100% refund. Cancellations between 15-30 days prior to the camp comes with a 50% refund. Cancellations 14 days before the camp is subject to no refund. Due to illness it is possible to transfer the training to another training within a two year period.
5.4. Email Products
- Email Products Sales: Due to the nature of Email products, refunds are generally not provided once accepted, except in cases of a proven technical issue preventing access.
6. Intellectual Property and Legal Disclaimers
6.1. Intellectual Property Rights
- All intellectual property rights in our books, training material, digital downloads and email products and any other material remain with FUTUREWORKS CPH. Purchasing the physical book transfers ownership of that specific copy, while the digital download, email product and training camps are provided under a limited personal-use license.
6.2. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
- Warranty Disclaimer: Our products are provided “as is” without any warranties regarding error-free performance.
- Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.
